Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1st, 2026

At IAEPR (Indian Academy of Events & Public Relations), we maintain a structured fee and refund policy to ensure clarity and commitment from all enrolled students.

1. Fee Payment


   •    Admission is confirmed only after payment of the applicable course fees (full or as per agreed installment plan).
   •    Fees must be paid within the timelines communicated during admission.

 

2. Refund Policy


   •    All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   •    This includes:
   •    Change of mind
   •    Withdrawal after admission
   •    Inability to attend classes
   •    Personal or professional reasons

 

3. Exceptional Cases


   •    Any refund, if considered, will be entirely at the discretion of IAEPR management and must be approved in writing.
   •    Processing charges may apply in such cases.

 

4. Batch Transfers


   •    Requests for batch change or deferral may be considered based on availability and management approval.
   •    This is not guaranteed and will be handled case-to-case.

 

5. Missed Sessions


   •    No refund or fee adjustment will be provided for missed classes, sessions, or events.

 

6. Course Cancellation by IAEPR


   •    In the unlikely event that IAEPR cancels a program before commencement, a refund may be issued.
   •    No refund will be applicable once the course has started.

 

7. Payment Obligations


   •    Students enrolled under installment plans must complete all payments as agreed.
   •    Failure to do so may result in restricted access or termination from the program.

 

 

By enrolling in any program at IAEPR, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
